Learning Assessment

Participants will be evaluated using a multifaceted approach to ensure a comprehensive assessment of their learning and skills application. The assessment methods include:

1. Paper-and-Pencil Tests: These traditional assessments are designed to test theoretical knowledge, understanding of course material, and the ability to analyze and solve problems in writing.

2. Direct Observation of Procedural Skills (DOPS): This method involves the direct observation of participants while they perform specific skills or procedures. It is essential for assessing technical competence, decision-making, and professionalism in real-time clinical environments.

3. Clinical Practice Assessments: Participants are evaluated on their practical skills during actual clinical practice. This includes observing their interactions with patients, their ability to apply learned skills in real-world settings, and their overall professionalism and adherence to clinical guidelines.

4. Clinical Case Report: Participants will conduct an evidence-based clinical case report based on the clinical cases they encounter. This task emphasizes the integration and application of theoretical knowledge in a practical, clinical context.
