線上網路研討會——在台灣慈濟大學學習護理的理由 與印尼合作機構之國際學術推廣活動

2026年4月17日，慈濟大學護理學院與印尼 WE CAN 及 Wardaya College 合作，舉辦線上網路研討會，主題為「在台灣慈濟大學學習護理的理由」。本次研討會透過 Zoom 平台進行，於印尼時間下午五時開始，對外公開且免費參與。此次研討會是慈濟大學與印尼機構深化學術合作的重要第一步，同時也向印尼有意赴台就讀的護理學生，介紹慈濟大學護理學院豐富的學習資源與機會。
本次研討會由兩位傑出講者主講。慈濟大學全球事務處的全球事務長郭又銘副教授首先針對大學整體進行全面介紹，涵蓋創校理念、學術環境、校園生活，以及慈濟「尊重、人文、醫療品質」的核心精神。隨後，護理學院副教授兼副院長王淑芳博士詳細介紹護理學院各學程、臨床訓練設施、研究成果及國際交流機會。講者亦特別說明，國際學生可申請全額獎學金，使慈濟大學成為亞洲地區極具吸引力且易於就讀的護理教育選擇。
研討會期間，印尼參與者積極互動，提出多項反映高度興趣的問題。一位學員詢問：「學生在學期間多早開始進入臨床實習？」另一位則問道：「其他的臨床實習課程呢？是否會有全年度持續的臨床實習安排？」這些問題充分體現了印尼學生對臨床實作訓練的高度重視，兩位講者針對慈濟大學結構完整的臨床課程給予詳細回應，說明臨床實習自低年級起即逐步開展，並貫穿整個學習歷程。
此次研討會標誌著慈濟大學護理學院在拓展東南亞國際合作與招募優秀護理人才方面的重要里程碑。與印尼 WE CAN 及 Wardaya College 的合作，體現了雙方攜手跨越國界、共同推廣優質護理教育的承諾。護理學院期待持續深化與印尼的交流合作，並歡迎有志之士加入慈濟大學不斷成長的國際護理大家庭。

On April 17, 2026, the College of Nursing at Tzu Chi University held an online webinar titled "The Reason of Learning Nursing in Tzu Chi University, Taiwan" in collaboration with WE CAN and Wardaya College, Indonesia. The session was conducted via Zoom at 17:00 WIB (Indonesia time) and was open to the public and free of charge. The webinar served as an important first step in strengthening academic collaboration between Tzu Chi University and Indonesian institutions, while also introducing prospective nursing students in Indonesia to the opportunities available at TCU.
The session was led by two distinguished speakers. Professor Mark 郭又銘, Dean of Global Affairs at Tzu Chi University, opened the session with a comprehensive introduction to the university — its founding values, academic environment, campus life, and the guiding principles of Hospitality, Humanity, and Health Care Quality. Associate Professor and Associate Dean Dr. Shu-Fang Wang 王淑芳博士 then presented in detail the College of Nursing's programs, clinical training facilities, research achievements, and international exchange opportunities. The presentations also highlighted that scholarships covering 100% of tuition fees are available for international students, making TCU an attractive and accessible destination for nursing education in Asia.
The session generated active engagement from the Indonesian audience, with participants raising insightful questions that reflected genuine interest in the program. One participant asked: "How early will students go to clinical practice during their study years?" Another inquired: "What about the rest of the clinical practicum will there be year-round clinical placement opportunities?" These questions reflect the strong interest Indonesian students have in hands-on clinical training, and the speakers provided detailed responses explaining TCU's structured clinical curriculum, which begins early in the program and continues progressively throughout all study years.
This webinar marks a significant step in Tzu Chi University College of Nursing's ongoing effort to build meaningful international partnerships and attract talented nursing students from Southeast Asia. The collaboration with WE CAN and Wardaya College in Indonesia represents a shared commitment to expanding access to quality nursing education across borders. The college looks forward to continuing this engagement and welcoming prospective Indonesian students to be part of its growing international nursing community.
