2026年4月21日，慈濟大學護理學院於建國校區護理學院大樓三樓B307國際交流辦公室，舉辦暑期海外服務學習交流計畫英語面試，旨在甄選前往日本及泰國姐妹校進行短期國際交流的護理學系學生。本次共有四名護理系學生報名並獲邀參加甄選。面試以全英語方式進行，以確保入選學生具備在國際場合溝通的能力。
面試委員會由副教授兼副院長王淑芳、助理教授吳曼阡及國際交流助理 Sayam Akhtar 組成。每位學生的面試時間約為十分鐘，須先以英語進行三至五分鐘的自我介紹，接著接受委員提問。提問內容涵蓋英語溝通能力、文化意識、環境適應力，以及參加國際交流的動機。四位受訪學生分別為護理研究所一年甲班許雅茜、護理學系二年丙班黃瀅庭、護理學系吳誠俊及護理科陽韋霖，分別申請前往日本及泰國的交流機會。
面試過程中，整體氣氛平和而具鼓勵性，每位候選人均展現出真誠的熱忱及代表護理學院走向國際的強烈意願。面試期間，一位學生提出了實際的問題「將有多少名學生前往？」充分體現了候選人對計畫細節的高度關注與積極態度。四位學生面試結束後，委員會經審慎評估，共錄取三名學生參加本次交流計畫，其中一名申請前往日本的學生列為候補，待進一步確認後安排。
此次甄選過程充分體現了護理學院持續拓展學生國際學習機會的承諾。透過嚴謹的英語面試制度，學院確保入選學生已充分準備好在海外從事有意義的跨文化學習體驗。學院期待全程支持入選學生的準備與交流歷程，並希望此次經驗能激勵更多學生積極把握護理教育的國際機會，拓展視野，成為兼具專業素養與跨文化能力的優秀護理人員。

On April 21, 2026, the College of Nursing at Tzu Chi University held a formal English-language interview session for the Summer Overseas Service Study Exchange Program, aimed at selecting students for international exchange placements at partner institutions in Japan and Thailand. The interview was conducted at the International Exchange Office, Room B307, 3rd Floor, College of Nursing Building, Jianguo Campus. A total of four nursing students submitted their applications and were invited to participate in the selection process.
The interview panel consisted of Associate Professor and Associate Dean Wang Shu-Fang (王淑芳 副教授/副院長) and Assistant Professor Wu Man-Chian (吳曼阡 助理教授), together with International Exchange Assistant Sayam Akhtar. Each interview lasted approximately 10 minutes, beginning with a 3-5 minutes self-introduction in English, followed by panel questions assessing each student's English proficiency, cultural awareness, adaptability, and motivation for international exchange. The four interviewees were Xu Yaqian (Nursing Graduate 1A), Huang Yingting (Nursing 2C), Wu Chengjun (Nursing 21B), and Yang Weilin (Nursing II 1C), applying for placements in Japan and Thailand respectively.
The atmosphere during the interviews was calm and encouraging. Each candidate demonstrated genuine enthusiasm and a sincere desire to represent the College of Nursing in an international setting. During the session, one student raised a thoughtful practical question "How many students will be going?" reflecting the candidates' keen awareness of the program. Following deliberation, the panel selected three students for the exchange program, with one applicant for the Japan placement placed on the waiting list pending further confirmation.
This selection process reflects the College of Nursing's ongoing commitment to expanding global learning opportunities for its students. Through structured English-language interviews, the college ensures that selected students are well-prepared to engage in meaningful cross-cultural experiences abroad. The college looks forward to supporting the selected students throughout their preparation and exchange journey, hoping this experience will inspire more students to pursue international opportunities in nursing education.
